See The Schedule with the dates

This study comes from my French study about the Calendar. Excuse-me if you found some sentence not very well translated because I am more comfortable with French than with English. I made this study for my brothers and sisters in Yehoshua-Jesus who speak English.

This topic will surely interest all those who are lost about the Appointed Times of YHWH that we must follow, with the multitude of calendars that exist within the Israelite community, because it must be said that the only biblical texts that we have are not very precise about this fact. And this Topic will interest also all those who follow an other calendar but who have many questions about some contradictions encountered.

But in reality, why were we lost ?
Simply because we did not have all the texts in our Biblical canon.

I fumbled for the real calendar that we must follow to celebrate the Feasts of our Elohim and Elohim finally gave me the answer, I say this with great humility because all this time I was wrong when i followed the lunar calendar from the Karaite Jews, but thanks to Elohim who introduced me to the Book of Enoch and the Book of Jubilees opening my eyes to their canonicity and showed me how the Jews of this time calculated the calendar to celebrate the Holy Feasts of our Elohim.

First, a little back with those Jews who have left us the Dead Sea Scrolls that we know very little in reality, this Jewish community left us the testimony of a Jewish Calendar different from the actual Jewish calendar.

Imagine, there are more than 2000 years, theses Jewish believers were copied and collected all the Biblical books including Biblical texts that we had wrongly rejected as the Book of Jubilees and the Book of Enoch, which still were kept by the church of Ethiopia because Elohim has preserved His Word against all evil powers did everything to erase them from the face of the earth.

But these discoveries at Qumran have shown that these texts of Jubilees and Enoch had full legitimacy, why?

Romans 3:1-2

 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

because these Jews who lived at this time before the birth of modern Judaism as we know it today, were much closer to the authenticity of primitive Judaism.

These Jews in their Divine mission preserved these texts and Elohim was with them because indeed more than 2000 years later, a goat and a shepherd went and found the famous manuscripts which serve us today to serve YHWH Elohim.

Now I'll show you the Calendar followed by these Jews and you will discover the perfection of Calendar of YHWH, you'll see how this monitoring is come from our Elohim YHWH.

First, the moon is not used to start the first day of the first month of the year, it serves as a benchmark in scrolling days in the month, but the Jews of Qumran also followed the sun and stars as it's mentioned in Genesis Bereshith - and - Yobelim Jubilees and the Book of Enoch . This is important to understand when the Jews of Qumran began to follow the first month of the year.

Read the Torah :

Bereshith-Genesis 1:14-19 (Septuagint)

And Elohim said, Let there be lights (sun moon and stars) in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, to divide between day and night, and let them (sun moon and stars) be for signs and for seasons (moadim) and for days and for years. And let them be for light in the firmament of the heaven, so as to shine upon the earth, and it was so. And Elohim made the two great lights, the greater light for regulating the day and the lesser light for regulating the night, the stars also. And Elohim placed them in the firmament of the heaven, so as to shine upon the earth, and to regulate day and night, and to divide between the light and the darkness. And Elohim saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day

Therefore consider only the moon is a big mistake to keep the Feasts of YHWH.





Starting the Calendar

How did the Jews at Qumran began their first month of the year? 

First, they fixed the beginning on the time of year when the sun comes through the Large Gate as mentioned in the Book of Enoch after days become equal with the nights, and this is the Large Gate when the sun crosses the terrestrial equatorial plane which marks a point in the solar system, which is called the equinox and falls between 19 and 21 March.

And first there rises the greater light, named the Sun, and its disc is like the disc of Heaven, and the whole of it is full of a fire which gives light and warmth. The wind blows the chariots on which it ascends, and the Sun goes down in the sky and returns through the north in order to reach the east, and is led so that it comes to the appropriate Gate and shines in the sky. In this way it rises in the first month, in the Large Gate, namely; it rises through the fourth of those six Gates that are towards the east. And in that fourth Gate, through which the Sun rises in the first month, there are twelve window-openings from which, whenever they are opened, flames come out."

and we know that the day where the sun crosses the Large Gate on this appointed day named "the equinox", just before this day, days and nights become equal. But this equality of days and nights can not alone serve as a benchmark but the benchmark is the precise moment when the sun crosses the Earth's equatorial plane when the sun is passing through the Large Gate, which determines the time of D-Day, we know that this benchmark was used by the Jews of Qumran, that is why a sundial was found at Qumran used to determine this crucial point of entry of the sun by the Large Gate.





This mark is important here because it is the sun that serves as a sign to start the Calendar as it is told in the Torah of the Book of Jubilees below:

Torah-Jubilees 2:8-9

"These four great works Elohim created on the third day. And on the fourth day He created the sun and the moon and the stars, and set them in the firmament of the heaven, to give light upon all the earth, and to rule over the day and the night, and divide the light from the darkness. And Elohim appointed the sun to be a great sign on the earth for days and for shabbaths and for months and for feasts and for years and for shabbaths of years and for jubilees and for all seasons (moadim) of the years."

We also have the 4th day which serves of specific marker and that will allow to resynchonize the calendar because desynchronization affecting all calendars.

With the entry of the sun in the Earth's equatorial plane named Equinox and with the Day 4 (Wednesday), there aren't more possible errors concerning the good start. 

Here bellow, a schematic explanation :

In March, in red, it's the Day of the entry of the sun in the Large Gate named today "Equinox"

if the 4th day falls on March 20, the Day of the equinox, so we stay on March 20 as the first day of the first month of the year but the following year the 4th Day will move to March 19 and there we will be out of the Large Gate, in this case, it's the signal to add 7 days.

So if the 4th Day falls on March 19, the year will begin Wednesday March 26, for an addition of one week must be made because the 4th Day must always follows the entry of the sun in the Large Gate (Equinox).

it's time to add seven days because we are behind the Large Gate, and we must always start either on the Large Gate or in the week following the passage of the sun in the Large Gate.

This system I describe is also recognized by others who have studied the manuscripts of Qumran and who think that the Jews of Qumran resynchronized like that.

The solar resynchronization with these added 7 days doesn't need to be mentioned in the Scriptures because it is self-evident for those following the equinox and the 1st wednesday of Spring to start the year as the Torah told to do. For when the first Wednesday of spring passes in winter ie before the equinox, it's the signal to synchronize adding 7 Days, this happens only every 5 or 6 years.



You should know that the Shabbath has never been changed by mankind, it was Still Saturday recognized as the Shabbath by all men.

Here's how the Jews of Qumran proceeded :

The 4th day following the entry of the sun in the Earth equatorial plane, the time when the days and nights become equal, it marks the arrival of the beginning of the year, Sunday is considered like the first day of creation.

Then, on the 4th day = Wednesday that falls in this time serves as a benchmark for the first day of the first month of the year. Why the 4th day? Because it is the 4th day that the sun, moon and stars were created.

And so the 4th day, Wednesday, is always the first day of the first month. It always falls on a Wednesday after the day when the sun crosses the Large  Gate, the terrestrial equatorial plane.



Calendar of 360 + 4 Days

But let's continue, and you'll see that The Calendar of 360 + 4 days established by YHWH is remarkable, the same Calendar quoted in Genesis, in Enoch and Jubilees and the Revelation.

According to the Calendar of YHWH followed by the Jews of Qumran, no Feast days established by YHWH fall on Shabbat day the7th day of the week ! The famous problem that Orthodox Jews try to bear with their schedule ...

For it is true that this is a great inconsistency in all current schedules in Israelites communities with their differents calendars, because a day of Festival can fall on a Shabbath day the 7th day of the week, in their calendar, but in this case, how well celebrate the Shabbath as a day separate for YHWH?

In the Book of Jubilees, it is forbidden by Elohim to humiliate his soul on Shabbat, but for Yom Kippur, he was ordained by Elohim to humiliate his soul, so how can this be reconciled if Yom Kippur can fall on a Shabbat as happens with their calendars?

In the Torah Elohim said this:

Torah-Leviticus 23:37-38 (Massoretic)

 "These are the Feasts of the YHWH, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day: Beside the shabbaths of YHWH, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto YHWH."

Here YHWH quotes Shabbat distinctly from the other days of Feasts. 

So how could a Shabbat fall on other Feast day? 

In fact, according to the Perfect Calendar of YHWH, the Shabbat 7th Day of week, does not fall on a same day of other Festival of YHWH, and we don't need to juggle as the modern Judaism do. 

Don't you find that is perfect and consistent? 

The calendar of YHWH is thus calculated in advance and this is why David could know when would be the first day of the month following in this passage


1Samuel 20:5 
"And David said unto Jonathan, Behold, to morrow is the head of the month, and I should not fail to sit with the king at meat: but let me go, that I may hide myself in the field unto the third day at even."

which is also translated by New Moon, but 'Hodesh means "Month". 

Calendar of YHWH follows perfectly the seasons: 
The Book of Enoch speaks about 4 intercalary days, these 4 days in the year are added at the months where there is a change of season.


Spring

1st Month Aviv = 30 days

2nd Month = 30 days

3st Month = 31 days

4th Month = 30 days

5th Month = 30 days

6th Month = 31 days

A calendar of 364 days, 52 weeks exactly. 

Read the warning of YHWH through His angel about His Calendar :

Torah-Jubilees 6:32-38 

"And command thou the children of Israel that they observe the years according to this reckoning- three hundred and sixty-four days, and (these) will constitute a complete year, and they will not disturb its time from its days and from its feasts; for everything will fall out in them according to their testimony, and they will not leave out any day nor disturb any feasts. But if they do neglect and do not observe them according to His commandment, then they will disturb all their seasons and the years will be dislodged from this (order), [and they will disturb the seasons and the years will be dislodged] and they will neglect their ordinances. And all the children of Israel will forget and will not find the path of the years, and will forget the heads of the months, and seasons, and shabbaths and they will go wrong as to all the order of the years. For I know and from henceforth will I declare it unto thee, and it is not of my own devising; for the book (lies) written before me, and on the heavenly tablets the division of days is ordained, lest they forget the feasts of the covenant and walk according to the feasts of the Gentiles after their error and after their ignorance. For there will be those who will assuredly make observations of the moon -how (it) disturbs the seasons and comes in from year to year ten days too soon. For this reason the years will come upon them when they will disturb (the order), and make an abominable (day) the day of testimony, and an unclean day a feast day, and they will confound all the days, the holy with the unclean, and the unclean day with the holy; for they will go wrong as to the months and shabbaths and feasts and jubilees. For this reason I command and testify to thee that thou mayst testify to them; for after thy death thy children will disturb (them), so that they will not make the year three hundred and sixty-four days only, and for this reason they will go wrong as to the new moons and seasons and shabbaths and festivals, and they will eat all kinds of blood with all kinds of flesh."




The Torah with books of Daniel 
and Revelation confirm solar Months

The Book of Genesis shows without a shadow of a doubt that the lunar calendar is absolutely not the Calendar given to Moses that the Israelites must follow. 


Here is the passage in the Book of Bereshith-Genesis.

Torah-Genesis 7:11-24 (Septuagint)
 

In the six hundredth year of the life of Noe, in the second month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, on this day all the fountains of the abyss were broken up, and the flood-gates of heaven were opened.
(...) 
And the water was raised over the earth an hundred and fifty days.

Torah-Genesis 8:3 (Septuagint)

...and after an hundred and fifty days the water was diminished, and the ark rested in the seventh month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, on the mountains of Ararat.


 from 27th of 2nd Month to 27th of the 7th Month, we have obligatory 5 Months = 150 days = 1 Month = 30 days and therefore we have obligatory 360 days.


This is a Biblical evidence for the most skeptical that the lunar calendar is wrong. Because the lunar month does not always 30 days. Indeed, the lunar calendar has 29 days or 30 days, depending on regular or irregular sequences. The lunar calendar thus forms a year of 354 days, so it is not Lunar Calendar that is described by YHWH in the Torah, Genesis confirms this Truth in this passage because here to the 2nd to 7th month in Genesis, we have obligatory 1 month = 30 days exactly for each month and not 29 days for some months.

So the year described by YHWH in Genesis is a year of 360 days. It is therefore of solar months because only the sun have all months with 30 days as the Book of Enoch explains when the sun passes through different gates.


Let us now turn to the counting of 364 days in the Book of Enoch, would there be a contradiction here? Absolutely not, because the schedule described in the book of Enoch and Jubilees is a calendar of 360 days, but with 4 intercalary days as we see clearly in this diagram below :



In fact, the calendar of Enoch is a a calendar of 360-day but there are 4 days added for each changing of season. The countdown of 360 days is tracking solar months and not lunar months. The 4 days added are related to the four seasons, so when YHWH quote 360 days, He only follows the path of the sun in the counting by not mentioning the 4 intercalary days for the season. 


We need understand this Truth as we read very well in the Book of Enoch below:

Enoch 82:4 (from Ethiopian Text) 

Blessed are all the righteous, blessed are all those who walk in the way of righteousness and do not sin like the sinners. In the numbering of all their days in which the Sun journeys in Heaven, coming in and out, through the Gates of Heaven, for 30 days. With the leaders of the 1000, of this order of stars, and with the 4 which are added, and divided between the 4 seasons of the year, which lead them and appear with them on 4 days. 

Enoch says clearly that the months are 30 days and he describe also the 4 days added.

Then, some will wonder why the moon is described as serving for the days of Feastival in a Psalm. 


The Moon in the Hebrew calendar serves as a benchmark in the month and the scroll of the days, but it is the sun that determines the moment. 


The moon is just a marker but does not determine the beginning of the year or the beginning of the month. It is the sun that plays this role.

Torah-Jubilees 2:9 

And Elohim appointed the sun to be a great sign on the earth for days and for shabbaths and for months and for feasts and for years and for shabbaths of years and for jubilees and for all seasons of the years.

The text of Jubilees confirms the text of Genesis, there are months of 30 days and there is the sun with all months of 30 days as described in the Book of Enoch when the sun crosses by various gates. 

The Biblical calendar follows the seasons per 3 months, while the lunar calendar is a calendar that is out of step with the seasons, for example Succoth in lunar calendar can fall in summer while this Feast is an autumn festival. 

In addition, with this lunar calendar, a Shabbat the 7th day of the week can fall on a day of Yom Kippur, this celebration interfere with Shabbat the 7th day of the week which is a separate Feast of YHWH.

As in Genesis, The Books of Daniel and the Apocalypse also describe a solar calendar of 360 days.

There are no calendar named prophetic calendar that would differ from the calendar to follow.

This is only an invention of some to justify their different following compared to Calendar described in Daniel and the Revelation.




The earthly cycle would have changed?


Some to justify another followed as described in Genesis, Enoch and Jubilees, Daniel and the Revelation, claim that the terrestrial cycle has changed after the flood from 360 days before the flood to 365.242 Days after the flood.


Absolutely nothing says that the earthly cycle was 364 days at the creation, nothing says that there has been a change.

Because in that case, why Daniel and Apostle John-Yochanan always follow the calendar of 360 days long after the flood?

The 364-day calendar cycle does not need to be in perfect sync with the cycle of the earth does indeed not stack 365 days, but a little more.

Instead, the Patriarchs Scripture yet confirm that there has been no change.

Testament of Naphtali 2: 9

The sun and the moon and the stars do not change their order, and you will not change the Torah of Elohim in the disorder of your actions.

We also have

Sirach 16: 26-30
The works of YHWH remain from the beginning as He arranged them, and upon creation He separated the parties.
He adorned his works forever, and the most beautiful to shine from age to age. They do not experience hunger or fatigue, and they do not interrupt their work.

None of them strikes his neighbor, and forever they obey the Divine Commandement. After this, YHWH looked on earth and he fills his property. With animals of all kinds He covered the surface, and it is in His breast they must return.




Yehoshua followed Torahic

Calendar of Essene Jews


An important point that we know from the statement made in the New Testament is that all agree on the fact that the last meal of Yehoshua was a Tuesday evening.

We know it's a Tuesday night following the counting of 3 days and 3 nights in the tomb before His Resurrection.

And it is a fact that in the Torahic Calendar followed by the Essene Jews, the Passover meal always falls on a Tuesday night.
A random ? Absolutely not, obviously.


We also know that the traditionnal upper house of last Passover of our Lord and Savior Yehoshoua is located in Jewish Essene quarter in Jerusalem.



Another point which is important and which will confirm what archaeologists discovered with the Qumran manuscripts, Yehoshua did not take the Passover (sacrifice) on the same day that the Passover of the pharisees and sadducees.


Indeed, the texts of the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke are very clear, Yehoshua took the Passover meal, the Passover is the sacrifice of a sheep, or a goat or calf aged of one year.

Matthew 26:17-18
 Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Yehoshua, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples.

Mark 14:12
And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?

Luke 22:7-8
 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.
And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

Luke 22:15
 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer

We see very clearly that Yehoshua ate the Passover at the appointed time by Elohim, on Tuesday evening 14 Aviv.

But in the Gospel of Yochanan John, we read:

John 18:28
 Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.

Here we see that the pharisees and sadducees did not take the Passover on the same day than Yehoshua and His disciples.

There is a glaring discrepancy, simply because as we learn in the Biblical manuscripts from Qumran, a battle raged in the Jewish community between followers of the babylonian lunar calendar of the sadducees and pharisees and followers of the Torahic solar calendar of 360 and 4 days described in Genesis, Enoch, Jubilees, Daniel and the Apocalypse followed by the Essene Jews of Qumran.

Moreover, the Gospel of John-Yochanan is the only one Gospel where we have the expression "Jewish Feasts", when the Feast are described in the Torah as the Feasts of YHWH.

John 5:1
After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Yehoshua went up to Jerusalem.

John 6:4

 And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh.

John 2:13

 And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Yehoshua went up to Jerusalem

John 7:2

Now the Jews' feast of booth was at hand.

John 11:55
 And the Jews' passover was nigh at hand: and many went out of the country up to Jerusalem before the passover, to purify themselves.

The question is why Yochanan-John continues to quote these celebrations  "Jewish holidays"?

All indications here that Yochanan talking about Jewish Feasts to distinguish them from Feasts of YHWH which had no place at the same time according to the schedule as Elohim gave at Mount Sinai.

Yehoshua does not publicly went up to their date of Sukkot but secretly and He told the people present in the midst of the feast, this:

John 7:19
 Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law?...

Why Yehoshua-Jesus told them like this ? When they celebrate a feast ordered by Elohim?

Probably also because they did not follow the calendar according to dates given by Elohim, indeed all the people here do not follow the Torah of Moses with the good dates for the Feats.

Confirmation of the true Calendar
in the New Testament

Here I will demonstrate that in the Book of Acts and the letters of the Apostle Paul to the Corinthians, the Calendar followed by Yehoshua and the Apostles is well described in the Schedule in the Book of Henok and in the Book of Jubilees, and in the Torahic Book of the Temple and Genesis and in any other supplementary Biblical manuscripts found at Qumran.

First, you need to know this important point; in the schedule mentioned here unlike the rabbinical calendar or other lunar calendars, days of Feast never fall on a Shabbat seventh day of the week as Elohim said although Shabbat are beyond his Feasts in the Torah.

Then also know that other important point is the following, in this calendar, year by year, the days of Feast always fall on the same days of the week unlike the rabbinical calendar and other lunar calendars.

- The 1st day of the Feast of Unleavened breads and Succoth always fall on a Wednesday. Note this important point that we know concerning the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Breads during the last Passover of Yehoshua also falls on a Wednesday, a chance? Absolutely not, obviously.

- 4 Days of Noah memories named also Rosh Hodeshim-Heads of the Months mistranslated by "New Moon," always falls on a Wednesday

- Day of Yom Kippur always falls on a Friday

- And every day of Shavuot-Pentecost always fall the first day of the week-Sunday with fixed dates, this is the important point as you will see. I recall how the Biblical manuscripts found at Qumran describe monitoring Shavuot.

1- First Fruits of the barley = 26th of the 1st Month - 1st day of the week

Count 50 days

2- First fruits of wheat = 15th of 3rd Month, Covenant Day - 1st day of the week

Count 50 days

3- First Fruits of wine = 3rd of the 5th Month - 1st day of the week

Count 50 days

4- First Fruits of oil = 22th of 6th Month - 1st day of the week

While many including the Karaites Jews except Orthodox Rabbina, agree on the fact that the day of the first fruits of the barley always falls on the first day of the week after a Sabbath day as stated in the Torah, disagreements are about what Shabbat day on which to place the First Fruits of the barley.

Complementary Biblical manuscripts found at Qumran give us the exact date of 26th of the 1st Month, and all the dates of Shavuot following after counting 50 days = Pentecost always fall in the same fixed dates and of course always a first day of the week-Sunday.

So as you can see below, the first fruits of the barley always falls five days after the Feast of Unleavened Bread.




Now I let you discover this wonderful chronology of the author of Acts reveals below.

Acts 20: 6-7
And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread, and came unto them to Troas in five days; where we abode seven days. And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
Therefore, the author gives us the details and he specifically talks about the first day of the week? Surely not to give reason to Christianity of Rome which supplanted the Sabbath with the first day of the week, of course not, the author here gives us the exact date of the first fruits of the barley that is a day of rest because it is part of the Festival of the first fruits as written in the Torah. The author says that 5 days after the Feast of Unleavened Breads, they were in Troas, and the first day of the week they were gathered together. This day was the day of the first fruits of the barley as described in the Schedule mentioned above.

Further evidence for those who still doubt.

- Note also that the Feast of the Ingathering or Collection - Harvest, which is at the end of the year quoted in the Torah as a fixed date that was found in the complementary Biblical Scrolls at Qumran, is the 29th of the 12th month and as Shavuot, always falls like a first day of the week-Sunday. This feast was also used visibly to donate to those who do not have.

Now look what we read from the hand of the Apostle Paul.

1 Corinthians 16: 1-8
Now concerning the collection λογιας  for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye. Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as Elohim hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come. And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem. And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me. Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I do pass through Macedonia. And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go. For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if YHWH permit. But I will tarry at Ephesus until 50th Day (Shavuoth).


The Greek word used here translated λογιας collection also means gathering and this is exactly the definition of the Hebrew word הָאָסִ found in the Torah below

Torah Exodus 23:16  (Masoretic)
 and the feast of harvest, the first-fruits of thy labours, which thou sowest in the field; and the feast of ingathering-collection-הָאָסִף , at the end of the year, when thou gatherest in thy labours out of the field.


Why Paul talks about the first day of the week in connection with the collection? Surely not to give reason to Christianity of Rome which supplanted the Sabbath with the first day of the week, of course not.

Paul seems to refer to the Feast of the collection mentioned in the Torah but in accordance with Calendar quoted above.

Further evidence for those who still doubt.

But some might even argue that the collection is not in line with the harvest and would be only the money, but Paul will demonstrate the contrary in the second letter to the Corinthians when he speaks of the gifts associated with this collection.

2 Corinthians 8: 14-15
 But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality: As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.

Paul quotes here the Torah in Exodus related manna

Torah Exodus 16:18 
 And when they did mete it with an omer, he that gathered much had nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every man according to his eating.

And after Paul will clearly mention the harvest saying:

2 Corinthians 9: 5-12
 Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness. But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for Elohim loveth a cheerful giver. And Elohim is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness); Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to Elohim. For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto Elohim;


All this is only further evidence that confirm this Schedule, arguments that are added to the long list of other Biblical evidence explained in detail here with the correct dates of each Feasts.

Calendar of Enoch confirmed by Yehoshua-Jesus


Here, is a word of our Lord and Savior Yehoshua-Jesus confirming wonderfully The Calendar that we must follow. 

Here, is what emerges from our weak translations when Yehoshua-Jesus told us:

John 11:9-10 
Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

First of all, everyone knows that a day does not contain mechanical 12 hours except the few days before the day when the sun comes through the Large Gate described in the Book of Enoch and commonly called "Equinox" in our days. 

We know also that a solar time does not allways contains 60 mechanical minutes, they vary during the day and are either shorter or longer. 

It is also possible that into this text, Yehoshua-Jesus does not speak about hours but months. 

So take this verse in the Greek Receptus Text from Yochanan-John

απεκριθη ο ιησους ουχι δωδεκα εισιν ωραι της ημερας εαν τις περιπατη εν τη ημερα ου προσκοπτει οτι το φως του κοσμου τουτου βλεπει

Here Yehoshua seems to speak a last day of the year. 

Yehoshua-Jesus compares this light to Him, Yehoshua-Jesus describes the Calendar of Elohim transmitted by Enoch but also by the Torah of Moses, He describes the Day of the entry of the sun in the Large Gate-equinox, also described in the Book of Enoch, men do not stumble with the light of the sun, it lead them on the right schedule and Yehoshua Jesus himself goes in parallel as saying that He is the sun, the light, who lead people in the right way and He said that people who walks by night stumbles, this reference may refer to the lunar months compared to the darkness.


'Hodesh חודש or Yéra'h יֶרַח

You can see in the common translations of your Bible the term
" New Moon " appear, but this translation is a mistranslation of the text because in reality the term " New Moon " that you find in your Bible comes from the Hebrew words " Rosh 'Hodesh " ראש חודש who nothing means "New Moon" but means " Head of the Month " .

Indeed ' Hodesh חודש absolutely no meaning " Moon " but "Month"
While this is the word " Yéra'h " יֶרַח which means "Moon" and you will never see in the Hebrew text the words " Rosh Yéra'h " ראש יֶרַח.

Why this translation was employed by the translators?

Simply because the tracking lunar months was adopted by religious Jews after their return from Babylon, this translation has been imposed in order to support the monitoring of moons to establish the months of the year.


Rosh Chodesh means "Head of the Month" who is "the beginning of the Month" and it's not according to the Moon " Yéra'h ".




Tekoufoth

The heads of 4 Months 

(mistranslated by New Moons)

You can see in this calendar, the 1st day of the 1st month, the 1st day of the 4th month, the 1st day of the 7th month, and the 1st day of the 10th month, written in blue Noah Memorial Tekoufah, these days which correspond to the verses translated wrongly by "New Moon" celebrated in the Torah, these Heads of Months are numbered 4 and are celebrated like the Book of Jubilees says. 

These Heads of the Months are quoted in other Biblical texts without really knowing what is causing their celebration by the Israelites, the answer is in the book of Jubilees.

2Chronicles 2:4
 

Behold, I build an house to the name of YHWH my Elohim, to dedicate it to Him, and to burn before him sweet incense, and for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the shabbaths, and on the head of the Months, and on the solemn Feasts of YHWH our Elohim. This is an ordinance for ever to Israel.

Note that the Heads of the Month are listed regardless of Shabbaths and Feasts of YHWH so they had their own celebration. 

And here's where the Head of the Months are marked:

Torah-Jubilees 6:20-30

And do thou command the children of Israel to observe this festival in all their generations for a commandment unto them: one day in the year in this month they shall celebrate the festival. For it is the feast of weeks and the feast of first fruits: this feast is twofold and of a double nature: according to what is written and engraven concerning it, celebrate it. For I have written in the book of the first law, in that which I have written for thee, that thou shouldst celebrate it in its season, one day in the year, and I explained to thee its sacrifices that the children of Israel should remember and should celebrate it throughout their generations in this month, one day in every year.

And on the the head of the Month of the first month, and on the head of the Month of the fourth month, and on the head of the Month of the seventh month, and on the head of the Month of the tenth month are the days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions of the year. These are written and ordained as a testimony for ever. 


And Noah ordained them for himself as feasts for the generations for ever, so that they have become thereby a memorial unto him. 


And on the head of the month of the first month he was bidden to make for himself an ark, and on that (day) the earth became dry and he opened (the ark) and saw the earth. And on the head of the month of the fourth month the mouths of the depths of the abyss beneath were closed. And on the head of the month of the seventh month all the mouths of the abysses of the earth were opened, and the waters began to descend into them. And on the head of the month of the tenth month the tops of the mountains were seen, and Noah was glad. 


And on this account he ordained them for himself as feasts for a memorial for ever, and thus are they ordained. 


And they placed them on the heavenly tablets, each had thirteen weeks; from one to another (passed) their memorial, from the first to the second, and from the second to the third, and from the third to the fourth. And all the days of the commandment will be two and fifty weeks of days, and (these will make) the entire year complete. Thus it is engraven and ordained on the heavenly tablets.


So there are 4 Heads of the Months in one year, ordered as a memorial named in Hebrew Tekoufoth. 

Enoch describes a 360-day calendar with 4 days each change of seasons like the Jubilees.


You may say, these four days are not mentioned in the official canon, not exactly, because they are linked to celebration of the Heads of the Months mistranslated by the New Moons.

We know that these 4 Heads of the Months are aslo the days of rest.

Amos 8:5
Saying, When will the head of the month be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?

We see clearly here, that the head of the month have a same rule than the Shabbat, forbidden to sell on this day like on the Shabbat.

Ezekiel 46:1
 Thus saith the Lord GOD; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the head of the month it shall be opened.

Ezekiel 46:3
 Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before YHWH in the sabbaths and in the heads of the months.

And also in the Torah scroll of the Temple the first day of the first Month is a day of rest, Elohim says to us "no work" on this Day, we have also in the Torah the first day of 7th Month that is a day of rest, Elohim says also to us "no work" on this Day, so it seems accurate that 2 others days of Noah are also days of rest.




Shavuoth-Pentecost fully revealed



Here is Shavuot-Pentecost as you have probably never seen before,
and I hope you will take this study as a pearl that you will keep like a treasure in your heart during your next celebration of Shavuot-Pentecost.

First of all we must know this:

Shavuot - Pentecost is a central Day which was celebrated by the Patriarchs before the Elohim repeated this order of this Feast at Mount Sinai.

We also need to know that our Shavuot-Pentecost's counting is not complete.

Let me explain, according to my research, i was amazed, ( Elohim always surprises us with His sudden revelations ) I understand that in reality the Cycle of Shavuot-Pentecost repeats itself 50 days until of the 6th month. 

And this fact is confirmed by the Torah .

You will understand.

Here is what emerges from the celebration of Shavuot-Pentecost transmitted by the Jews of Qumran particularly in the scroll of the Temple.

The counting of Shavuot-Pentecost begins on the day of the first fruits of the barley, the day after the week of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the day after the Shabbat 7th day of the week, therefore a first day of the week (sunday), so we count 50 days or 7 weeks , then it is a Shabbat that we call "Shavuot - Pentecost" and in the Calendar of YHWH from Jubilees and manuscripts of Qumram, this day always falls on the 15th of the 3rd Month. This day is the first fruits of wheat and many other fruits.

Until then, everything is clear.

But what is ignored by many, it's that the Jews of Qumran continued to count 50 days after the 15th of the 3rd Month, in fact, they still to count 50 days or 7 weeks, and it was again Shavuot Pentecost - remember that Shavuot means " weeks " and Pentecost " 50th Day ", but this Pentecost is the first fruits of wine, then they still count 50 days or 7 weeks and then it was again Shavuot - Pentecost and it was the first fruits of the oil.

When we study the Torah, it's logical because Elohim said to give to Him the first fruits of all that grows, but it is a proven fact that the first raisin do not grow in the same month that the first wheat as the first wheat does not grow in the same month as the first ears of barley as the first of the olives do not grow in the same month of all other first fruits. I think you should understand now :)

The Feast of first fruits or 7 weeks or 50 days, actually spreads until the end of the 6th Month.

But let's continue scrutinizing the Kadoshim Ketuvim ( Holy Scriptures ) to see if what I say is true or not.

First let's read in the Torah of Leviticus .

Torah-Leviticus 23:10-11 (Septuagint)
Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, When ye shall enter into the land which I give you, and reap the harvest of it, then shall ye bring a handful (omer), the first-fruits of your harvest, to the priest; and he shall lift up the handful (omer) before YHWH, to be accepted for you. On the morrow of the first (week) the priest shall lift it up.

The term used in the Septuagint is not sheaf but it is a unit of measure, the Greek word is δράγμα draqma means "handful". 

Torah-Leviticus 23:10-11 (Massoretic)
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye are come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring the "omer" of the first-fruits of your harvest unto the priest. And he shall wave the "omer" before YHWH, to be accepted for you; on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

Into this passage from Leviticus Elohim talk about of a unit of measure of all the first fruits of the grains. Other unit of measure for Wine and Oil are indicated in the Torahic scroll of the Temple.


Continue with the Torah of Numbers.

Torah-Numbers 28:26 (Septuagint)
And on the day of the first fruits, when ye shall offer a new sacrifice [at the festival] of weeks to YHWH, there shall be to you a holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work


with understanding as I explain above, this passage is readed in a new light, we see that every day of the firstfruits is actually a Shabbat. 

So the day of the firstfruits of the barley after the Feast of Unleavened Bread is a Sabbath day, and 50 days after it's the day of the firstfruits of wheat and other fruits, it's also a day of Shabbat, it is the moment when Elohim made ​​a covenant (we will see bellow), and 50 days after the day of the firstfruits of wine is also a day of Shabbat, then 50 days after the day of first fruit of olive oil, and it's a Shabbat. 

We also read this in the Torah that could lead to confusion and to think that Shavuot-Pentecost is only one day:

Torah-Deuteronomy 16:16 (Septuagint)
Three times in the year shall all thy males appear before YHWH thy Elohim in the place which YHWH shall choose in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of cabans: thou shalt not appear before YHWH thy Elohim empty.


but in reality the Greek phrase : τρεῖς καιροὺς τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ means three periods of the annual cycle and not just 3 times, this translation is also confirmed by the Hebrew Masoretic text : שָׁלוֹשׁ פְּעָמִים בַּשָּׁנָה in these 3 times of the year. So understand that during these 3 times of year, the people appear before YHWH more than 3 times, they are appear before YHWH during these three periods, it's a different understanding.

And now we car understand better when we read in the Torah-Leviticus Chapter 23, when just after speaking of the Feast of Weeks, Elohim goes directly to the seventh month, He passes directly from the 3rd month to 7th month when He lists His Feasts. After the first fruits of wheat and other fruits until the 7th month, the Feast of Weeks of other first fruits of wine and oil fills this void.

Now see the dates of Calendar about different Sabbaths of first fruits, according to the Calendar of YHWH described in the Books of Genesis, Enoch and Jubilees as followed the Jews of Qumran in their scrolls. These days allways fall the first day (sunday ) after weekly Shabbat.

First fruits of the barley = 26th of the 1st Month

First fruits of wheat with other fruits = 15th of the 3rd Month, Day of Covenant

First fruits of wine = 3rd of the 5th Month

First fruits of oil = 22th of the 6th Month


This counting is described like this in the Torahic scroll of the Temple found at Qumran. In this scroll, there are also other passages of the Torah of Exodus Numbers Leviticus Deuteronomy found in this scroll with other details.

Feast of Wood Offering

and Feast of Ingathering

It is also noteworthy that the manuscripts found at Qumran show that the Jews followed the festival known as "wood offering" connected to the festival of the first fruits of the oil on 22th of the 6th Month.

We see in the Torahic scroll found at Qumran that this celebration lasts six days, linked to the Day of the first fruits of the oil.

Indeed, on the day of the first fruits of the oil which is the first day of the week, in the Temple in Jerusalem, an holocaust is offered for Levi and Judah, then the second day of the week, an holocaust is offered for Benjamin and Joseph (Ephraim and Manasseh), then on the third day of the week, an holocaust is offered for Reuben and Simeon, then the fourth day of the week, an holocaust is offered for Issachar and Zebulun and the fifth day of the week, an holocaust is offered for Gad and Asher, and the sixth day of the week, an holocaust is offered for Dan and Naphtali. Then it is the Sabbath of the 7th day.

We have in the Book of Nehemiah the confirmation of these specific days  followed for the wood offering.

Nehemiah 10:34
 And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our Elohim, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of YHWH our Elohim, as it is written in the Torah

Nehemiah 13:31
And for the wood offering, at times appointed, and for the firstfruits. Remember me, O my Elohim, for good.


Here we also see that Nehemiah make the link between the wood offering and the first fruits and we know thank of the Torahic scroll of the Temple found at Qumran that these day of the wood offering are linked with the first fruits of the oil. 

We also see that Nehemiah says "according to our fathers houses" which confirms the Torahic scroll of the Temple which marks specific days for a burnt offering and therefore the wood offering of each tribe.

These days are not on the calendar the obligatory rest days except for the Day of the First Fruits of the oil which is designated like an obligatory rest day according to what Elohim said in His Torah.

Concerning the days of the burnt offerings and the wood offering of each tribe, these days are like the days of unrest days fall between the First Day of Unleavened Bread and the Last Day of Unleavened leaven.


In exile, we can remember these days in prayer even if they are unrest days hoping to see one day the rebuilt Temple.

We also have in the manuscripts of Qumran, a day fixed for the Feast of the ingathering which is the 29th of the 12th Month. We know that the Feast of Ingathering although is quoted in connection with the Feast of Succot-tabernacles but this feast of ingathering is also mentioned as a time that is at the output of the year.

Torah-Exodus 23:16 (Septuagint) 

And thou shalt keep the feast of the harvest of first-fruits of thy labours, whatsoever thou shalt have sown in thy field, and the feast of completion at the output of the year in the gathering in of thy fruits out of thy field.

Hebrew Massoretic text have :

וְחַג הָאָסִף בְּצֵאת הַשָּׁנָה
 ...and the feast of ingathering, at the out of the year...


it is mentioned that it is the output of the year in the Septuagint as in Hebrew Masoretic text and just like the Jews of Qumran have also noted with the 29th of the 12th month, which also falls after the Shabbath day, the first day of the week (sunday).

I mentionned the day of Ingathering like a day of rest because this feast is quoted with other feasts of harvest and of first fruits who are days of rest. So it seems accurate that this feast is also a day of rest. This day is to thank our Elohim for the harvest of the year.

I have not mentionned the day of the wood offering as the day of rest, simply because I do not have any item in the Torah saying that this day is a day of rest but I still put in the calendar as Feast that we must celebrate.



Details about First Fruits of wine and oil 

in the rest of the Scriptures which confirm the 

following of Shavuoth as the Jews of Qumran followed



The First fruits and tithes are two different things in the Torah. 

The First Fruits are the first fruits of the earth, ie the tithe is 1/10 of these First Fruits.

Here is what the Torah clearly says about First Fruits.

Torah-Exodus 22:29 (Septuagint)

Thou shalt not keep back the first-fruits of thy threshing floor and press. The first-born of thy sons thou shalt give to me.
here it is clear that Elohim also mentioned the First Fruits of wine, note the obvious fact that the First fuits of wine can only come from the First grapes of raisin which come from the harvest. 

Let's continue, Elohim will tell Moses that all First Fruits of the earth that He is devoted are for the priests, see below


Torah-Numbers 18:8-13 (Septuagint)
 
And YHWH said to Aaron, And, behold, I have given you the charge of the first-fruits of all things consecrated to me by the children of Israel; and I have given them to thee as an honour, and to thy sons after thee for a perpetual ordinance. And let this be to you from all the holy things that are consecrated [to me, even] the burnt-offerings, from all their gifts, and from all their sacrifices, and from every trespass-offering of theirs, and from all their sin-offerings, whatever things they give to me of all their holy things, they shall be thine and thy sons'. In the most holy place shall ye eat them; every male shall eat them, thou and thy sons: they shall be holy to thee. And this shall be to you of the first-fruits of their gifts, of all the wave-offerings of the children of Israel; to thee have I given them and to thy sons and thy daughters with thee, a perpetual ordinance; every clean person in thy house shall eat them. Every first-offering of oil, and every first-offering of wine, their first-fruits of corn, whatsoever they may give to the Lord, to thee have I given them. All the first-fruits that are in their land, whatsoever they shall offer to YHWH, shall be thine: every clean person in thy house shall eat them.

Torah-Deuteronomy 18:3-5 (Septuagint)

And this [is] the due of the priests in the things coming from the people from those who offer sacrifices, whether it be a calf or a sheep; and thou shalt give the shoulder to the priest, and the cheeks, and the great intestine: and the first-fruits of thy corn, and of thy wine, and of thine oil; and thou shalt give to him the first-fruits of the fleeces of thy sheep: because YHWH has chosen him out of all thy tribes, to stand before YHWH thy Elohim, to minister and bless in his name, himself and his sons among the children of Israel.

We have clearly mentioned the First fruits of grain, wine and oil, but the First Fruits of wine and oil have absolutely no place at the same time with the First fruits of grain as any farmer would say you and as it is well described in the calendar as the Jews of Qumran followed.


Another point we need to understand, it's what is burned on the altar to Elohim from products of the earth can only be the roasted grains and unleavened and without honey, while the First fruits of all were offered by the priest which wave the First Fruit before Elohim, then the priests eat these First Fruits from the other Fruits offered to YHWH.

Torah-Leviticus 2:11-16 (Septuagint)

Ye shall not leaven any sacrifice which ye shall bring to YHWH; for [as to] any leaven, or any honey, ye shall not bring of it to offer a gift to YHWH.  Ye shall bring them in the way of fruits to YHWH, but they shall not be offered on the altar for a sweet-smelling savour to YHWH. And every gift of your sacrifice shall be seasoned with salt; omit not the salt of the covenant of YHWH from your sacrifices: on every gift of yours ye shall offer salt to YHWH your Elohim. And if thou wouldest offer a sacrifice of first-fruits to YHWH, [it shall be] new grains ground [and] roasted for YHWH; so shalt thou bring the sacrifice of the first-fruits. And thou shalt pour oil upon it, and shalt put frankincense on it: it is a sacrifice. And the priest shall offer the memorial of it [taken] from the grains with the oil, and all its frankincense: it is a burnt-offering to YHWH.

Ezekiel 44:30 

And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every oblation of all, of every sort of your oblations, shall be the priest's: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in thine house.

During Shavuot-Pentecost, the offering of the handle from all the First-fruits is offered by priest which wave First Fruit before Elohim but not burned on the altar.

Torah-Leviticus 23:10-11 (Massoretic)

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye are come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring the Omer of the first-fruits of your harvest unto the priest. And he shall wave the Omer before YHWH, to be accepted for you; on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. 

Torah-Leviticus 23:15-16 (Massoretic)

And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the day of rest, from the day that ye brought the Omer of the waving; seven weeks shall there be complete; even unto the morrow after the seventh week shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall present a new meal-offering unto YHWH. 

And every 50 days there is a holy convocation from the time the sickle pass in the fields of grain, this count starts with the First fruits of the barley because the barley is harvested in first time.

It's the End of counting because all Firts Fruits growed and offered to Elohim.

The Calendar of Elohim is linked to the land, it's an agricultural calendar and if we disconnect with this simple truth we can not really understand the Feasts prescribed in the Torah.

2 Chronicles 31:5 
 And as soon as the commandment came abroad, the children of Israel brought in abundance the firstfruits of corn, wine, and oil, and honey, and of all the increase of the field; and the tithe of all things brought they in abundantly.

The Day of The Covenant

The day of the first fruits of wheat which is the 15th of the 3rd Month is the day of the covenant in the Book of Jubilees.  

And this date of Shavuot-Pentecost is repeated throughout the Book of Jubilees, which is the time of the Patriarchs when YHWH made ​​covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the 3rd Month is also linked to the covenant established by Elohim in Noah's time. 

Start with Noah, it is with him that the evocation of the Feast of Shavuot-Pentecost begin. YHWH made ​​a covenant with Noah the 1st of the 3rd Month. 

Shavuot-Pentecost was instituted to remember the Everlasting Covenant established with Noah and his sons (humanity).

Torah-Jubilés 6:1-20 
And on the head of the month of the third month he went forth from the ark, and built an altar on that mountain. And he made atonement for the earth, and took a kid and made atonement by its blood for all the guilt of the earth; for everything that had been on it had been destroyed, save those that were in the ark with Noah. And he placed the fat thereof on the altar, and he took an ox, and a goat, and a sheep and kids, and salt, and a turtle-dove, and the young of a dove, and placed a burnt sacrifice on the altar, and poured thereon an offering mingled with oil, and sprinkled wine and strewed frankincense over everything, and caused a goodly savour to arise, acceptable before the Lord. And YHWH smelt the goodly savour, and He made a covenant with him that there should not be any more a flood to destroy the earth; that all the days of the earth seed-time and harvest should never ceasecold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night should not change their order, nor cease for ever. 'And you, increase ye and multiply upon the earth, and become many upon it, and be a blessing upon it. The fear of you and the dread of you I will inspire in everything that is on earth and in the sea. And behold I have given unto you all beasts, and all winged things, and everything that moves on the earth, and the fish in the waters, and all things for food; as the green herbs, I have given you all things to eat. But flesh, with the life thereof, with the blood, ye shall not eat; for the life of all flesh is in the blood, lest your blood of your lives be required. At the hand of every man, at the hand of every (beast) will I require the blood of man. Whoso sheddeth man's blood by man shall his blood be shed, for in the image of God made He man. And you, increase ye, and multiply on the earth.' And Noah and his sons swore that they would not eat any blood that was in any flesh, and he made a covenant before YHWH Elohim for ever throughout all the generations of the earth in this month. On this account He spake to thee that thou shouldst make a covenant with the children of Israel in this month upon the mountain with an oath, and that thou shouldst sprinkle blood upon them because of all the words of the covenant, which YHWH made with them for ever. And this testimony is written concerning you that you should observe it continually, so that you should not eat on any day any blood of beasts or birds or cattle during all the days of the earth, and the man who eats the blood of beast or of cattle or of birds during all the days of the earth, he and his seed shall be rooted out of the land. And do thou command the children of Israel to eat no blood, so that their names and their seed may be before the Lord our God continually. And for this law there is no limit of days, for it is for ever. They shall observe it throughout their generations, so that they may continue supplicating on your behalf with blood before the altar; every day and at the time of morning and evening they shall seek forgiveness on your behalf perpetually before the Lord that they may keep it and not be rooted out. And He gave to Noah and his sons a sign that there should not again be a flood on the earth. He set His bow in the cloud for a sign of the eternal covenant that there should not again be a flood on the earth to destroy it all the days of the earth. For this reason it is ordained and written on the heavenly tablets, that they should celebrate the feast of weeks in this month once a year, to renew the covenant every year. And this whole festival was celebrated in heaven from the day of creation till the days of Noah -twenty-six jubilees and five weeks of years and Noah and his sons observed it for seven jubilees and one week of years, till the day of Noah's death, and from the day of Noah's death his sons did away with (it) until the days of Abraham, and they eat blood. But Abraham observed it, and Isaac and Jacob and his children observed it up to thy days, and in thy days the children of Israel forgot it until ye celebrated it anew on this mountain. And do thou command the children of Israel to observe this festival in all their generations for a commandment unto them: one day in the year in this month they shall celebrate the festival. For it is the feast of weeks and the feast of first fruits: this feast is twofold and of a double nature: according to what is written and engraven concerning it, celebrate it. For I have written in the book of the first law, in that which I have written for thee, that thou shouldst celebrate it in its season, one day  in the year, and I explained to thee its sacrifices that the children of Israel should remember and should celebrate it throughout their generations in this month, one day in every year.

I'll let you guess which is the month the most conducive to rainbow? This is the 3rd Month of the Biblical year around the end of May until end of June. 

Note that Moses went up the mountain on the 16th of the 3rd Month after Shavuot-Pentecost as mentioned in the first chapter of Jubilees.

Torah-Jubilees 1:1-4 

And it came to pass in the first year of the exodus of the children of Israel out of Egypt, in the third month, on the sixteenth day of the month, that Elohim spake to Moses, saying: 'Come up to Me on the Mount, and I will give thee two tables of stone of the law and of the commandment, which I have written, that thou mayst teach them.' And Moses went up into the mount of God, and the glory of YHWH abode on Mount Sinai, and a cloud overshadowed it six days. And He called to Moses on the seventh day out of the midst of the cloud, and the appearance of the glory of YHWH was like a flaming fire on the top of the mount. And Moses was on the Mount forty days and forty nights, and Elohim taught him the earlier and the later history of the division of all the days of the Torah and of the Testimony.

Let's continue with Abraham where we will see the precise date of 15 (mid-month) of Shavuot quoted in the 3rd Month and it is precisely on that day that YHWH made ​​a covenant with Abraham.

Torah-Jubilés 14 

After these things, in the fourth year of this week, on the head of the month of the third month, the word of YHWH came to Abram in a dream, saying: 'Fear not, Abram; I am thy defender, and thy reward will be exceeding great.' And he said: 'Lord, Lord, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go hence childless, and the son of Maseq, the son of my handmaid, is the Dammasek Eliezer: he will be my heir, and to me thou hast given no seed.' And he said unto him: 'This (man) will not be thy heir, but one that will come out of thine own bowels; he will be thine heir.' And He brought him forth abroad, and said unto him: 'Look toward heaven and number the stars if thou art able to number them.' And he looked toward heaven, and beheld the stars. And He said unto him: 'So shall thy seed be.' And he believed in YHWH, and it was counted to him for righteousness. And He said unto him: 'I am YHWH that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee the land of the Canaanites to possess it for ever; and I will be Elohim unto thee and to thy seed after thee.' And he said: 'Lord, Lord, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit (it)?' And He said unto him: 'Take Me an heifer of three years, and a goat of three years, and a sheep of three years, and a turtle-dove, and a pigeon.' 

And he took all these in the middle of the month (15th of 3rd Month) and he dwelt at the oak of Mamre, which is near Hebron. And he built there an altar, and sacrificed all these; and he poured their blood upon the altar, and divided them in the midst, and laid them over against each other; but the birds divided he not. And birds came down upon the pieces, and Abram drove them away, and did not suffer the birds to touch them. And it came to pass, when the sun had set, that an ecstasy fell upon Abram, and lo ! An horror of great darkness fell upon him, and it was said unto Abram: 'Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land (that is) not theirs, and they shall bring them into bondage, and afflict them four hundred years. And the nation also to whom they will be in bondage will I judge, and after that they shall come forth thence with much substance. And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace, and be buried in a good old age. But in the fourth generation they shall return hither; for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.' And he awoke from his sleep, and he arose, and the sun had set; and there was a flame, and behold ! a furnace was smoking, and a flame of fire passed between the pieces. 



And on that day (15th of the 3rd Month) YHWH made a covenant with Abram, saying: 'To thy seed will I give this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates, the Kenites, the Kenizzites, the Kadmonites, the Perizzites, and the Rephaim, the Phakorites, and the Hivites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites. And the day passed, and Abram offered the pieces, and the birds, and their fruit offerings, and their drink offerings, and the fire devoured them. 


And on that day (15th of the 3rd Month) we made a covenant with Abramaccording as we had covenanted with Noah in this month (3rd Month)and Abram renewed the festival and ordinance for himself for ever. And Abram rejoiced, and made all these things known to Sarai his wife; and he believed that he would have seed, but she did not bear. And Sarai advised her husband Abram, and said unto him: 'Go in unto Hagar, my Egyptian maid: it may be that I shall build up seed unto thee by her.' And Abram harkened unto the voice of Sarai his wife, and said unto her, 'Do (so).' And Sarai took Hagar, her maid, the Egyptian, and gave her to Abram, her husband, to be his wife. And he went in unto her, and she conceived and bare him a son, and he called his name Ishmael, in the fifth year of this week ; and this was the eighty-sixth year in the life of Abram.



Let's continue, YHWH again established the covenant with Abraham concerning his promised seed and Brit Milah-Covenant of circumcision with Isaac the 15th of 3rd Month, date of first fruits of wheat.

Torah-Jubilés 15 

And in the fifth year of the fourth week of this jubilee,  in the third month, in the middle of the month (15th of the 3rd Month), Abram celebrated the feast of the first-fruits of the grain harvest. And he offered new offerings on the altar, the first-fruits of the produce, unto YHWH, an heifer and a goat and a sheep on the altar as a burnt sacrifice unto YHWH; their fruit offerings and their drink offerings he offered upon the altar with frankincense. And the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him: 'I am Elohim Almighty; approve thyself before me and be thou perfect. And I will make My covenant between Me and thee, and I will multiply thee exceedingly.' And Abram fell on his face, and Elohim talked with him, and said: 'Behold my ordinance is with thee, And thou shalt be the father of many nations. Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, But thy name from henceforth, even for ever, shall be Abraham. For the father of many nations have I made thee. And I will make thee very great, And I will make thee into nations, And kings shall come forth from thee. And I shall establish My covenant between Me and thee, and thy seed after thee, throughout their generations, for an eternal covenant, so that I may be a Elohim unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. <And I will give to thee and to thy seed after thee> the land where thou hast been a sojourner, the land of Canaan, that thou mayst possess it for ever, and I will be their Elohim.' And YHWH said unto Abraham: 'And as for thee, do thou keep my covenant, thou and thy seed after thee: and circumcise ye every male among you, and circumcise your foreskins, and it shall be a token of an eternal covenant between Me and you. And the child on the eighth day ye shall circumcise, every male throughout your generations, him that is born in the house, or whom ye have bought with money from any stranger, whom ye have acquired who is not of thy seed. He that is born in thy house shall surely be circumcised, and those whom thou hast bought with money shall be circumcised, and My covenant shall be in your flesh for an eternal ordinance. And the uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin on the eighth day, that soul shall be cut off from his people, for he has broken My covenant.' And Elohim said unto Abraham: 'As for Sarai thy wife, her name shall no more be called Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name. And I will bless her, and give thee a son by her, and I will bless him, and he shall become a nation, and kings of nations shall proceed from him.' And Abraham fell on his face, and rejoiced, and said in his heart: 'Shall a son be born to him that is a hundred years old, and shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bring forth?' And Abraham said unto Elohim: 'O that Ishmael might live before thee!' And Elohim said: 'Yea, and Sarah also shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name Isaac, and I will establish My covenant with him, an everlasting covenant, and for his seed after him. And as for Ishmael also have I heard thee, and behold I will bless him, and make him great, and multiply him exceedingly, and he shall beget twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation. But My covenant will I establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to thee, in these days, in the next year.' And He left off speaking with him, and Elohim went up from Abraham. And Abraham did according as Elohim had said unto him, and he took Ishmael his son, and all that were born in his house, and whom he had bought with his money, every male in his house, and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin. And on the selfsame day (15th of the 3rd Month) was Abraham circumcised, and all the men of his house<and those born in the house>, and all those, whom he had bought with money from the children of the stranger, were circumcised with him. This law is for all the generations for ever, and there is no circumcision of the days, and no omission of one day out of the eight days; for it is an eternal ordinance, ordained and written on the heavenly tablets. And every one that is born, the flesh of whose foreskin is not circumcised on the eighth day, belongs not to the children of the covenant which YHWH made with Abraham, but to the children of destruction; nor is there, moreover, any sign on him that he is YHWH's, but (he is destined) to be destroyed and slain from the earth, and to be rooted out of the earth, for he has broken the covenant of YHWH our Elohim. For all the angels of the presence and all the angels of sanctification have been so created from the day of their creation, and before the angels of the presence and the angels of sanctification He hath sanctified Israel, that they should be with Him and with His holy angels. And do thou command the children of Israel and let them observe the sign of this covenant for their generations as an eternal ordinance, and they will not be rooted out of the land. For the command is ordained for a covenant, that they should observe it for ever among all the children of Israel. For Ishmael and his sons and his brothers and Esau, YHWH did not cause to approach Him, and he chose them not because they are the children of Abraham, because He knew them, but He chose Israel to be His people. And He sanctified it, and gathered it from amongst all the children of men; for there are many nations and many peoples, and all are His, and over all hath He placed spirits in authority to lead them astray from Him. But over Israel He did not appoint any angel or spirit, for He alone is their ruler, and He will preserve them and require them at the hand of His angels and His spirits, and at the hand of all His powers in order that He may preserve them and bless them, and that they may be His and He may be theirs from henceforth for ever. And now I announce unto thee that the children of Israel will not keep true to this ordinance, and they will not circumcise their sons according to all this law; for in the flesh of their circumcision they will omit this circumcision of their sons, and all of them, sons of Beliar, will leave their sons uncircumcised as they were born. And there will be great wrath from the Lord against the children of Israel. because they have forsaken His covenant and turned aside from His word, and provoked and blasphemed, inasmuch as they do not observe the ordinance of this law; for they have treated their members like the Gentiles, so that they may be removed and rooted out of the land. And there will no more be pardon or forgiveness unto them [so that there should be forgiveness and pardon] for all the sin of this eternal error. 

we also have this information that Isaac borned at the 15th of the 3rd Month.

Torah-Jubilees 16:12-13 

And in the middle of the sixth month YHWH visited Sarah and did unto her as He had spoken and she conceived. And she bare a son in the third month, and in the middle of the month, at the time of which YHWH had spoken to Abraham, on the festival of the first fruits of the harvest, Isaac was born.


Let's continue with the blessing of Abraham to Jacob before his death.

Torah-Jubilees 22 

And it came to pass in the first week in the forty-fourth jubilee, in the second year, that is, the year in which Abraham died, that Isaac and Ishmael came from the Well of the Oath to celebrate the feast of weeks -that is, the feast of the first fruits of the harvest-to Abraham, their father, and Abraham rejoiced because his two sons had come. For Isaac had many possessions in Beersheba, and Isaac was wont to go and see his possessions and to return to his father. And in those days Ishmael came to see his father, and they both came together, and Isaac offered a sacrifice for a burnt offering, and presented it on the altar of his father which he had made in Hebron. And he offered a thank offering and made a feast of joy before Ishmael, his brother: and Rebecca made new cakes from the new grain, and gave them to Jacob, her son, to take them to Abraham, his father, from the first fruits of the land, that he might eat and bless the Creator of all things before he died. And Isaac, too, sent by the hand of Jacob to Abraham a best thank offering, that he might eat and drink. And he eat and drank, and blessed the Most High Elohim, Who hath created heaven and earth, Who hath made all the fat things of the earth, And given them to the children of men That they might eat and drink and bless their Creator. 'And now I give thanks unto Thee, my Elohim, because thou hast caused me to see this day: behold, I am one hundred three score and fifteen years, an old man and full of days, and all my days have been unto me peace. The sword of the adversary has not overcome me in all that Thou hast given me and my children all the days of my life until this day. My Elohim, may Thy mercy and Thy peace be upon Thy servant, and upon the seed of his sons, that they may be to Thee a chosen nation and an inheritance from amongst all the nations of the earth from henceforth unto all the days of the generations of the earth, unto all the ages.' And he called Jacob and said: 'My son Jacob, may the Elohim of all bless thee and strengthen thee to do righteousness, and His will before Him, and may He choose thee and thy seed that ye may become a people for His inheritance according to His will alway. And do thou, my son, Jacob, draw near and kiss me.' And he drew near and kissed him, and he said: 'Blessed be my son Jacob And all the sons of Elohim Most High, unto all the ages: May Elohim give unto thee a seed of righteousness; And some of thy sons may He sanctify in the midst of the whole earth; May nations serve thee, And all the nations bow themselves before thy seed. Be strong in the presence of men, And exercise authority over all the seed of Seth. Then thy ways and the ways of thy sons will be justified, So that they shall become a holy nation. May the Most High Elohim give thee all the blessings Wherewith He has blessed me And wherewith He blessed Noah and Adam; May they rest on the sacred head of thy seed from generation to generation for ever. And may He cleanse thee from all unrighteousness and impurity, That thou mayest be forgiven all the transgressions; which thou hast committed ignorantly. And may He strengthen thee, And bless thee. And mayest thou inherit the whole earth, And may He renew His covenant with thee. That thou mayest be to Him a nation for His inheritance for all the ages, And that He may be to thee and to thy seed an Elohim in truth and righteousness throughout all the days of the earth. And do thou, my son Jacob, remember my words, And observe the commandments of Abraham, thy father: Separate thyself from the nations, And eat not with them: And do not according to their works, And become not their associate; For their works are unclean, And all their ways are a Pollution and an abomination and uncleanness. They offer their sacrifices to the dead And they worship evil spirits, And they eat over the graves, And all their works are vanity and nothingness. They have no heart to understand And their eyes do not see what their works are, And how they err in saying to a piece of wood: 'Thou art my Elohim,' And to a stone: 'Thou art my Lord and thou art my deliverer.' [And they have no heart.] And as for thee, my son Jacob, May the Most High Elohim help thee And the Elohim of heaven bless thee And remove thee from their uncleanness and from all their error. Be thou ware, my son Jacob, of taking a wife from any seed of the daughters of Canaan; For all his seed is to be rooted out of the earth. For, owing to the transgression of Ham, Canaan erred, And all his seed shall be destroyed from off the earth and all the residue thereof, And none springing from him shall be saved on the day of judgment. And as for all the worshippers of idols and the profane There shall be no hope for them in the land of the living; And there shall be no remembrance of them on the earth; For they shall descend into Sheol, And into the place of condemnation shall they go, As the children of Sodom were taken away from the earth So will all those who worship idols be taken away. Fear not, my son Jacob, And be not dismayed, O son of Abraham: May the Most High Elohim preserve thee from destruction, And from all the paths of error may he deliver thee. This house have I built for myself that I might put my name upon it in the earth: [it is given to thee and to thy seed for ever], and it will be named the house of Abraham; it is given to thee and to thy seed for ever; for thou wilt build my house and establish my name before Elohim for ever: thy seed and thy name will stand throughout all generations of the earth.' And he ceased commanding him and blessing him. And the two lay together on one bed, and Jacob slept in the bosom of Abraham, his father's father and he kissed him seven times, and his affection and his heart rejoiced over him. And he blessed him with all his heart and said: 'The Most High Elohim, the Elohim of all, and Creator of all, who brought me forth from Ur of the Chaldees that he might give me this land to inherit it for ever, and that I might establish a holy seed-blessed be the Most High for ever.' And he blessed Jacob and said: 'My son, over whom with all my heart and my affection I rejoice, may Thy grace and Thy mercy be lift up upon him and upon his seed alway. And do not forsake him, nor set him at nought from henceforth unto the days of eternity, and may Thine eyes be opened upon him and upon his seed, that Thou mayst preserve him, and bless him, and mayest sanctify him as a nation for Thine inheritance; And bless him with all Thy blessings from henceforth unto all the days of eternity, and renew Thy covenant and Thy grace with him and with his seed according to all Thy good pleasure unto all the generations of the earth.'


Judah borned at the 15th of the 3th Month.

Torah-Jubilees 28:16

And again Jacob went in unto her, and she conceived, and bare him a fourth son, and he called his name Judah, on the fifteenth of the third month, in the first year of the fourth week. 


Covenant between Jacob and Laban at the 15th of the 3rd Month.

Torah-Jubilees 29:5-8 

And in the seventh year of the fourth week Jacob turned (his face) toward Gilead in the first month, on the twenty-first thereof. And Laban pursued after him and overtook Jacob in the mountain of Gilead in the third month, on the thirteenth thereof. And YHWH did not suffer him to injure Jacob; for he appeared to him in a dream by night. And Laban spake to Jacob. And on the fifteenth of those days Jacob made a feast for Laban, and for all who came with him, and Jacob sware to Laban that day, and Laban also to Jacob, that neither should cross the mountain of Gilead to the other with evil purpose. And he made there a heap for a witness; wherefore the name of that place is called: 'The Heap of Witness,' after this heap.


YHWH spoke to Jacob-Israel the next day of the 15th of the 3rd Month.

Torah-Jubilees 44:1-8 

And Israel took his journey from Haran from his house on the head if the month of the third month, and he went on the way of the Well of the Oath, and he offered a sacrifice to the Elohim of his father Isaac on the seventh of this month. And Jacob remembered the dream that he had seen at Bethel, and he feared to go down into Egypt. And while he was thinking of sending word to Joseph to come to him, and that he would not go down, he remained there seven days (the 15th of the 3rd Month), if perchance he could see a vision as to whether he should remain or go down. And he celebrated the harvest festival of the first-fruits with old grain, for in all the land of Canaan there was not a handful of seed [in the land], for the famine was over all the beasts and cattle and birds, and also over man. And on the sixteenth YHWH appeared unto him, and said unto him, 'Jacob, Jacob'; and he said, 'Here am I.' And He said unto him: 'I am the Elohim of thy fathers, the Elohim of Abraham and Isaac; fear not to go down into Egypt, for I will there make of thee a great nation I will go down with thee, and I will bring thee up (again), and in this land shalt thou be buried, and Joseph shall put his hands upon thy eyes. Fear not; go down into Egypt.' And his sons rose up, and his sons' sons, and they placed their father and their possessions upon wagons. And Israel rose up from the Well of the Oath on the sixteenth of this third month, and he went to the land of Egypt.

The day of the first fruits of the barley always falls on the 26th of the 1st Month, the first day of the week after the week of Passover. Jews of Qumran follows Shavuoth-Pentecost like this manner.

In the Septuagint we have : 
τῇ ἐπαύριον τῆς πρώτης = the day after the first 

and not as some have translated "after the first day", in Septuagint, we can understand "the day after the first (week)":

Torah-Leviticus 23:10-17 (Septuagint)
Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, When ye shall enter into the land which I give you, and reap the harvest of it, then shall ye bring a handful (omer), the first-fruits of your harvest, to the priest;  and he shall lift up the handful (omer) before YHWH, to be accepted for you. 


On the morrow of the first (week) the priest shall lift it up


And ye shall offer on the day on which ye bring the handful (omer), a lamb without blemish of a year old for a whole-burnt-offering to the Lord.  And its meat-offering two tenth portions of fine flour mingled with oil: it is a sacrifice to YHWH, a smell of sweet savour to YHWH, and its drink-offering the fourth part of a hin of wine. And ye shall not eat bread, or the new parched wheat, until this same day, until ye offer the sacrifices to your Elohim: [it is] a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings. And ye shall number to yourselves from the day after the shabbath, from the day on which ye shall offer the handful (omer) of the heave-offering, seven full weeks (shavuoth):  until the morrow after the last week ye shall number fifty days (pentecost), and shall bring a new meat-offering to YHWH. Ye shall bring from your dwelling loaves, as a heave-offering, two loaves: they shall be of two tenth portions of fine flour, they shall be baked with leaven of the first-fruits to YHWH.



The Israelites knew what is the Shabbat quoted in this passage, because the 15th of the 3rd Month is clearly mentioned in the Book of Jubilees. From there, no possible error for the Day of the countdown at the first fruit of barley. 

After reading all this, we may say that Shavuot-Pentecost is a Festival of thanks to Elohim for what He gives to us with the fruits of the earth but it is also a Feast of the Covenant of YHWH for His people.



Luni-solar babylonian calendar 



It is well known that the lunar calendar followed by the Jews today is a calendar that has been changed and transformed throughout history.

Scholars who have studied the history of the Hebrew calendar agree to think (based on the Talmud itself and other rabbinic sources) in practice , the evolution of the calendar until its present form was a gradual process over several centuries, from the first century to the 8th century, if not in the 9th century after Yehoshua-Jesus.

We also know that the lunar calendar is the calendar that comes from Babylon and the Jews returned from Babylon were subsequently established the schedule at the expense of Commandments of Elohim prescribed by Moses for his people.

For proof, all the names of the Jewish calendar today come from Babylonian month names that are related to gods of Babylon .

The Babylonian calendar was a lunar calendar with 12 lunar months, each beginning when a new crescent moon was first visible low on the western horizon at sunset. As required, with the issuance of a decree by inserting an intercalary month. 13th month also added in the luni-solar calendar Orthodox Jew and even in the Karaite lunar calendar.

Note that the addition of a 13th month is absolutely unscriptural, everything in the Kadoshim Ketuvim ( Scriptures ) shows that the year has NEVER 13th month, which undermines the lunisolar calendar or Lunar. 

Indeed we read:

1 Kings 4:7
 And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, which provided victuals for the king and his household: each man his month in a year made provision.

There is absolutely no question of 13th officer for a 13th month added, as it's the case with the lunar calendar or lunisolar calendar. 


And we have:

Revelation 22:2
 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruitsand yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.


Again there is absolutely no question of 13th Fruit intended for a potential 13th Month. 

Below the names of the current month compared between the Jewish calendar and the Babylonian calendar:

of course, the names of these months are completely absent from the Calendar that YHWH gave us into the Torah of Moses. We have just in The Torah, the month of Aviv for the 1st month and other months simply mentionned as the Hebrew days, month 1, month 2, month 3, ect ... 

Of course we see in the Biblical Books after exile of Judah to Babylon, that these books will speak in the language that the new generations of people who had not known the Timing of YHWH given at Mount Sinai, that's why these some prophets tell :

Zechariah 7:1 
And it came to pass in the fourth year of king Darius, that the word of YHWH came unto Zechariah in the fourth day of the ninth month, even in Chisleu;

in fact, understand that it is like to say today : "the 1st Month is the month of March" or "the 9th Month is November". We must translate because people are so steeped in the pagan Gregorian calendar that they can only understand by comparison. It was the same after the exile of Judah.

As we read above by mathematical calculation Calendar of Elohim is about solar months and not lunar months and therefore a year of 360 days + 4 seasonal days. Knowing that the feasts of YHWH are related to the seasons and that the lunar calendar shifts the seasons.



And the moon in other Biblical texts ?



Those who follow the moon "Yéra'h" likes to recall a verse in the Book of Psalms that they believe support their theory. Let's read.

Psalms 104:19
Who appointedst the moon for seasons the sun knoweth his going down.


But we must see the Hebrew text.

In reality the verse of Psalm 104:19 confirms the following of the sun contrary at the belief to the followers of the moon.

עָשָׂה יָרֵחַ לְמוֹעֲדִים שֶׁמֶשׁ יָדַע מְבוֹאוֹ
Made the moon for the moadim the sun (who) informs (of) his gateway


The first definition of the word מְבוֹאוֹ is gateway, the passage...

In reality, we must read the Psalm above to understand this verse. 

בָּרְכִי נַפְשִׁי,    אֶת-יְהוָה:
יְהוָה אֱלֹהַי, גָּדַלְתָּ מְּאֹד;    הוֹד וְהָדָר לָבָשְׁתָּ
Bless my soul YHWH. 
YHWH my Elohim, Very Great; Clothed with Glory and Majesty.
 עֹטֶה-אוֹר, כַּשַּׂלְמָה;    נוֹטֶה שָׁמַיִם, כַּיְרִיעָה
Coverest Thyself with light as with a garment,  Stretchest out the heavens like a curtain;

(...)

עָשָׂה יָרֵחַ לְמוֹעֲדִים שֶׁמֶשׁ יָדַע מְבוֹאוֹ
Made the moon for the moadim the sun (who) informs (of) his gateway


In reality, the phrase "Made the Moon" is agree with all it writes above in this Psalm when Elohim Made heaven, mountains, ect... and He Made the Moon.

However, as we see in Hebrew the direct objet complement is placed in first, for exemple in English we say : "I'm glad" but in Hebrew we say "Glad i am"

So understand that the term "moadim" agree in this verse with the sun and not with the moon, so we read:
"For the moadim the sun informs (of) his gateway"
It is clearly the gate of equinox described by Enoch who explain the following of Torahic Solar Calendar and so the good following of Moadim by the following of the sun according with the verse in Genesis that says this:

Torah-Genesis 1:14 (Septuagint)

And Elohim said, Let there be lights (sun moon and stars) in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, to divide between day and night, and let them (sun moon and stars) be for signs and for seasons (moadim) and for days and for years.

The sun also sets moadim (appointment). The moon is followed in parallel with the course of the sun, the moon serves as a benchmark in the sky but the sun's path is followed to determine the Timing, the moon serves as a benchmark in relation to the sun, in fact we can see circuit of the moon with the solar months.

Torah-Jubilés 2:8-9 

...And on the fourth day He created the sun and the moon and the stars, and set them in the firmament of the heaven, to give light upon all the earth, and to rule over the day and the night, and divide the light from the darkness. And Elohim appointed the sun to be a great sign on the earth for days and for shabbaths and for months and for feasts and for years and for shabbaths of years and for jubilees and for all seasons of the years.
                                                               

The 12 Constellations

There are 12 constellations. 
The dates of the zodiac with the sun noted on this site of Calendar is the astronomical tropical zodiac, the tropical zodiac consists to follow the sun that move in the signs of different constellations, these signs of constellations are separated in equaly sizes contrary to the astronomical sideral constellations.



The Month of Aviv ?

Some of the brothers and sisters, according to the lunar calendar, also rely on the word " Aviv " to determine the 1st Month of the year.

They says that when the barley is ripe, the 1st month must take place, so they think the maturity of barley is a sign to restore the shift schedule for some years by adding a 13th Month.

First, it must clarify that except in the Book of Genesis which contains a mathematical indication that it is a solar calendar, there is no clear indication of how the Calendar of Elohim is ordered in the Books of the Torah reduced of rabbinical Jews, Karaites and Protestants.

We have just Commandments which indicate what are the Feast we must to follow and how to follow them.

We have no any specific guidance on how the schedule is ordered except in the Book of Enoch and the Book of Jubilees.

Indeed, why Elohim would give these details in other books of the Torah when He has given all the details in his other books of Enoch and Jubilees ?

Let's look what the word " Aviv " really means, "Aviv" means " young grain " and indeed the young barley grow in the 1st month of spring in temperate or warm country altogether. The word " Aviv " also means " Spring Time "

And the flax and the barley were smitten; for the barley was "Aviv", and the flax was in bloom. But the wheat and the spelt were not smitten; for they ripen late.


Aviv means "young grain" or "green ears" and not "ripe grain" and young barley appears in warm and temperate countries and thus in Israel in the spring. 

For information, before the equinox, the barley is always aviv-young in Israel.


When the sun comes through the Large Gate and that the days and nights become equal, barley is aviv in many warm and temperate countries of the world except in colder countries. 

But it is not when the grains are ripe that the schedule is fixed. 

Remember that the Israelites also celebrated the Passover in the desert where not grow barley fields. Then they will surely not relied barley to celebrate the first day of the year and passover.

 And Moses ordered the children of Israel to sacrifice the passover, on the fourteenth day of the first month in the wilderness of Sinaï, as YHWH appointed Moses, so the children of Israel did.
